Sessions. This information gives us an insight as to how many visits you had to your site and how many of them were new visits and those that are returning visitors.

Time Spent on Your Website. This information gives us an insight as to how many pages were viewed, how long they stayed on your site and also what your bounce rate is.

State/City. For some clients, they enjoy knowing the geographical information of their visitors. This is a good indicator that tells you if your target area is connecting to your site or not.

Devices. This information gives tells us what devices your viewers are using to view your site, such as desktop computer (which includes laptop), mobile device or tablet. Also, if are getting a heavy amount of viewers via their phone and your site is not responsive, you could be losing potential business as your website is not at optimum capacity.

Behavior/Pages Seen. This is one of our favorite categories because it reveals exactly what pages are being viewed and how much time is spent on them. Why does this work for some clients and not others? Perhaps it’s a matter of different industries or the page poorly done. It could be a number of issues.

Blogs. This information tells us your most viewed blogs on your site and via your internet marketing efforts. Each industry relies on their blogs for different reasons and this gives us an insight to what is working and not working for you.

Traffic to Your Site

This is our other favorite category as it allows us to see what avenues your traffic is working for you and against you. One of the advantages of using Action Internet Marketing, we don’t just look for ways to improve on your lowest traffic source, but also how can we take advantage and grow more in your most successful one. There are four main traffic sources:

Direct. Viewers that have a direct way of accessing your website.

Organic Search. This is when you are being found via the search engines such as Google, Yahoo, Bing and others. Paid Search works the same way, except it’s for the Pay Per Click (PPC) and Paid Advertising listings.

Referrals. This tells us what sites have a link on them that directs viewers to your website. Many spam and marketing companies use this to advertise, but we do our best to weed them out before going over your report with you.

Social Media. Social Media speaks for itself. These are the visitors going to your website that were clicked on by links that were found on Facebook, Linkedin, X, etc. There are some exceptions when it comes to Instagram.
